In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, to return an item you must do the following;

A of proof of purchase must be provided.
Exchanges can be made within the current season stock.
Exchange and Refund forms are attached to your invoice, please follow these prompts. If you have not received this form please email the shop for details: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you believe there is a fault in your purchase please contact the store. We will endeavour to have your item repaired by the manufacturer if the fault is not major, if the item is not repaired in a reasonable time you may choose a refund or replacement.
